Booking, pricing & delivery
How do I reserve a rental?
Browse our party rentals, choose your event date and enter your delivery address. Review availability and your total, then complete checkout and pay the required deposit to confirm your reservation.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A $50 deposit confirms your reservation. We email you the day before your event with a link to pay the remaining balance. The balance must be paid before equipment setup. If you need help with payment, call 708-200-5683.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in Lansing, Illinois, and serve Chicago’s South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana, including Hammond, Munster, Highland, Schererville and nearby communities. Enter your event date and address during checkout to confirm service for your location.
Is delivery included in the rental price?
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on your event address, distance and selected equipment. Review your order total for delivery and any other applicable charges before paying.
How long can I keep my rental?
Standard rentals are available for up to eight hours between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Overnight rentals are picked up the following morning. Select your date and rental period to see availability and the price for your event.
Do you deliver, set up and pick up the equipment?
Yes. Our team delivers, sets up and removes the rental equipment. Have your setup area clear and accessible before we arrive, and review any preparation instructions included with your reservation.
Can I rent an inflatable for a park event?
Park rentals may require advance permission, a generator and a certificate of insurance. Check the park’s requirements and contact us before booking so we can review your location, power access and any applicable charges.
Choosing your inflatable & preparing your space
What is the difference between a bounce house and a combo?
A bounce house focuses on jumping. A combo combines bouncing with features such as climbing and an attached slide. Compare the specific rental’s features and setup requirements before choosing.
How much space do I need?
Check the “Space Needed” section on your chosen rental’s page. Allow the full listed setup space, including height clearance, rather than measuring only the inflatable itself. Contact us if you have a narrow gate, limited access or overhead obstructions.
What electrical supply do I need?
Check the number of circuits listed on your rental’s page and its outlet-distance requirements. Tell us before booking if your location has no electricity or you are unsure whether it can power your selected equipment.
Which inflatable is right for my guests’ ages?
Age, height, weight and occupancy limits vary by inflatable. Review the specific unit’s instructions and contact us for help choosing. Follow the posted manufacturer limits and our setup instructions, and provide adult supervision throughout use.
Can any inflatable be used with water?
No. Only equipment specifically approved for wet use may be used with water. Check your selected unit’s description and wet/dry options before booking; never add water to a dry-only bounce house.
Weather & reservation changes
What should I do if rain or severe weather is forecast?
Contact us before your event to review your reservation options. Inflatables must not be operated during unsafe winds, lightning or severe weather. Follow the equipment’s safety instructions and our team’s directions.
How do I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Review the cancellation and rescheduling terms in your reservation before making changes. Ask us to confirm how your deposit, any payments and the timing of your request affect your options.
Cleaning, events & setup surfaces

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
