Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Parks
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is an official document that proves Kid N’ Play Inflatables carries active liability insurance coverage for your event. Many public parks, forest preserves, schools, and municipalities require this certificate before allowing inflatable rentals on their property.
This document provides peace of mind by showing that both the customer and the park are protected in the event of an accident or unforeseen issue.
Who May Need a COI?
You may be required to request a Certificate of Insurance if your event is being held at:
- Public parks or forest preserves
- Park districts
- Schools or daycare centers
- Churches or community centers
- City or village-owned properties
- Large public or private event venues
Additional Insured Requirement
In many cases, the park or facility will ask to be listed as an “Additional Insured” on the policy. We can provide this upon request—just supply the exact name and address of the location during booking.
